Antimicrobial paint and clear

 

 

Application of Nanocid products in paints and clears provides following  properties:

The best way for antimicrobializing the paints and clear

At the beginning of manufacturing the paint, mix Nanocid with resin and proper additives and grind to the fineness of less than 10 micrones. such paste is incorporated in final formulation of paints as an additive in definite dosages.

There is no problem using Nanocid in electrostatic paints; at the beginning of the manufacturing process, mix Nanocid powder with other raw materials.

 

    

 

The mixing process Nanocid products with paint is as follows:

 

 Nanocid group P

This group is miscible with all solventborne paint bases.

Dosage of powder is chosen according to sensitiveness of the special area which is to coat. Providing the Nanocid paste of 20000-22500 ppm is necessary before final mixing.

The paste is added in dosages of 1 to 3% with other pigments and fillers to  mill base.

 

 Nanocid group L

This group is used in waterborne paints.

Dosage of colloid is chosen according to sensitiveness of the special area which is to coat. After finishing the manufacturing process of paints, colloid could be easily mixed with  the special dosage with paint, so that silver concentration in final product is 500 ppm.
